When you've spent years doing all the things for all the people though, it's common to lose that mojo and feel not only tired or exhausted, but also over it.
You could keep plugging along, getting everything done and continuing to feel exhausted and like you're missing an important piece of your own life puzzle.
Or you could take three weeks to focus on yourself and make some simple changes so you feel more like you used to.

Reclaim Your Mojo: the course
Over 21 days, you’ll be presented with simple steps and ideas to reignite your inner spark as well as your outer energy.
The lessons will give you ideas to look after your body, create more time and a sense of ease, and work on a shift in mindset to explore your life and fulfillment.
Each week a new lesson is released in each of these areas:
- Nourished: A simple change or idea to fuel your body better, to boost your energy, help you sleep and understand your body better.
- Balanced: These lessons will help you be calmer and more centred and help you create more space and time for you.
- Inspired: Boost your mindset and dive into your soul space to consider how you want to live your life on your terms.

The course includes:
- a video lecture for each lesson
- slide presentations
- PDF worksheets
- suggested practical implementations
- weekly group coaching call to go over the topics and ask questions
- private Facebook group to connect with like-minded women and share the journey
Don't worry about time - the videos are short and each lesson should only require no more than 30 minutes.

Rachael has been sticking her nose into other people’s business for more than 20 years – as a respected senior newspaper journalist, columnist and chief of staff for Australia’s leading media organisation.
Finding herself exhausted after juggling kids and work, Rachael delved into the world of health and wellbeing, using her professional expertise to research and interview experts on all things health and happiness. That wasn't enough to quench her thirst for knowledge and to know 'the truth' so she studied through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and became a qualified health coach.
She has spent the past seven years devoted to working out what women need to live happier, more balanced and fulfilled lives.
In her spare time she is raising two kids, speaking to her husband, and sitting on the beach soaking in the glory of nature.
